Review of the reports of Multilateral Organisms

Advice and technical assistance in the assessment, analysis and technical and economic review of the final reports of programs (technical and economic justification documents), included in the list of 45 projects to review by Avaluem as agreed at the meeting of April 10th, 2015, between Avaluem and ACCD.

Prior to the review, we elaborated the tab model, which should serve to complete the review of each of the projects, which was approved in one of the weekly meetings between Avaluem and ACCD. We also created a budget model, but this was needed to be flexible in order to adapt to the justification of each multilateral bodies with which we have worked and that is usually used for the justification agreed in agreements and addenda signed with each of these agencies. Also, for each of the revised project, we have developed a tracking tab according to the model proposed by Avaluem and approved by ACCD.

As the projects have been reviewing, we have been filling a document for each of them, explaining what is the current status of the project: If you need to request information economic or narrative if there are any outstanding remaining returned to ACCD, if the project is closed, etc. This document serves to make the transfer of information from Avaluem to ACCD, and to document what actions do need to close or advance the termination of the project.

Part of the monitoring of the projects have been conducted with weekly coordination meetings between the ACCD and Avaluem, which have served to approve the working documents, to make the transfer of the revised project information and to resolve incidents that can emerge.

At the end of the assistance, we have juggled as revised 18 projects in total; although in reality 19 records have been examined and two of the reviewed projects were already closed at the time of making the revision, fact known later and before making the final list of the 45 projects; which is why, it was agreed to combine these two projects as one.
