It is necessary to value that in a process such as that proposed, improvements are appreciated significantly both in the execution of projects of the year underway as above all learn more to improve with the successive calls for future learning.

For this reason, inside the service we consider some correlated actions with a maximum of 15 projects. Based on this criterion, we propose a methodology, schedule, and the cost of each action and the reason for which will be needed to adjust it according to the needs, identified more directly by the City Council. So, we offer a proposal to the Charter which is not closed, but allows you to modulate it finally in phase a) according to the identified needs.

There are a total of 8 phases that make up the process:

  • Evaluation of the cooperation projects presented at each of the calls
  • Delivery of an evaluation report for each of the projects presented
