Evaluation of the projects of the call of subsidies addressed to cities and local governments members of cities and close local governments (CGLU) of Africa, Latin America and the Mediterranean for projects of international cultural cooperation in the framework of the Agenda 21 of the culture, financed jointly by the town hall of Barcelona and the Spanish agency of international cooperation for the development (AECID)

Consultancy and technical assistance to carry out the pursuit and closing of eleven projects financed in the year 2010 in the framework of the agreement signed between the Spanish Agency of International cooperation for the Development (AECID) and the Direction of International relations and International cooperation of the Town Hall of Barcelona for the organization and execution of a fund for the achievement of a call of subsidies to support the cultural cooperation projects for the development –in a local scale- beginning with the Agenda 21 of the Culture.

Taking into consideration each of the local governments and to the reports of pursuit delivered by these, we chose to value the grade of execution of the approved projects, both from the technical and economic point of view; it is also necessary to verify the execution; reporting the Direction of International Relations and Cooperation on the state of the projects and the cases of nonperformance of the bases; and the reports corresponding to the AECID are sent.
