Identification in the domain of the socioeconomic Development program based on the conservation of natural resources on the Rural Area of Camoapa. Technical assistance for the progress of the farm and of the quality of the dairy production

After 11 years of existence of the AYNE we considered to do a strategic jump to improve the quality of its performances in three scopes of work that are proper of the organization:

• Projects: we presented projects for the development to the calls of different public administrations in order to receive subsidies for the later execution of the mentioned projects in Peru and/or Bolivia. Always taking Bolivia as a counterpart Ayne Peru and/or Ayne.
• Education for the development: we understand the solidarity, cooperation as being aware of the reality; in which social injustice and violation of the Human Rights, which is why we work for the sensitization and campaign to raise public awareness as we all have "something to do" with this reality and there is also in our hands the power to change it.
• Volunteering: we offered the possibility of being able to dedicate part of the time in integrating experiences, making path with the people who benefit from the projects, both in Peru and in Bolivia.

From this perspective one tries to support the organization to realize a general strategic planning that could adapt itself to each of the delegations of Ayne in the Spanish State: Badalona, Mallorca, Eivissa and Loja (Granada)

And this should be the tool that supports this strategic jump and quality towards the progress of the performances of solidarity and cooperation.

One tries to realize a participative planning that it is possible to harmonize with the strategic planning that Ayne Peru realized for the period 2007 – 2011.
