Support to the Provincial Department of Formation of Inhambane towards an improvement of the quality of the personnel training of the sanitary network

The project to evaluate

This action gives continuity to the intervention that Medicus Mundi Catalunya realizes in the Centre of Formation in Health of Inhambane, in the evolution of the intervention, with the local counterpart (provincial Direction of Health of Inhambane), we analysed the need to tackle other aspects that had not been prioritized but were identified initially and considered to be necessary to obtain the ostensible target to improve the rendering of service of sanitary attention for the population.

The two lines of action are:

• Realization of training courses initial and continuous.
• Scholarships for specialization and postgraduate to improve the teaching capacities of the pedagogic body of the Provincial Department of Formation of Inhambane.

Helping to increase the given teaching quality, which will be translated in a progress of the quality of the sanitary attention of the personnel of health and of the health of the population of the Province.

This process with the accompaniment of a specialist in formation processes in health in Mozambique that has given methodological support and in the management of the program.
