Anastasia is an Agricultural Engineer who specialized in food industry, and holds a Master degree in Agriculture for Development. She has worked for the Spanish Agency for international development cooperation (AECID) and for the FAO in the field of Food Sovereignty and Food Security. She has also taught courses in agriculture for development at the postgraduate level.
